Terms of Service

These Terms apply to everyone who uses servedigital.com and the SERVE apps, including hotel guests and hotel staff. SERVE Digital LLC operates SERVE. Hotels that subscribe to SERVE also agree to the SERVE Subscription Agreement.
Using SERVE
Guests may use SERVE to send requests and messages to the hotel they are staying at. Hotel staff may use SERVE to receive and handle those requests. Please use SERVE only for its intended purpose and do not try to access rooms, accounts or data that are not yours.
SERVE is not an emergency service. For urgent safety or medical matters, call the front desk or 911.
Accounts
Staff accounts are created by the hotel. Keep your password private and tell your manager if you think someone else has used your account. Room passcodes are provided by the hotel at check-in and change between stays.
Requests and services
Requests are fulfilled by the hotel, not by SERVE. Charges for hotel services, if any, are between you and the hotel.
Disclaimers and liability
SERVE is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, SERVE Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
