Information we collect

Guests: the room number used to sign in, the requests and messages you send, an optional phone number, and basic technical data such as browser type. We do not ask guests to create an account.

Hotel staff and customers: name, email, phone, role, the hotel you work for, and activity in the app such as accepting and completing requests.

Prospective customers: the details you submit when you request a demo or sign up, such as name, hotel name, email and phone.

Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the status of your subscription and the last details Stripe shares with us, but not full card numbers.

How we use it

To deliver requests to the right hotel staff, show guests the status of their requests, run the hotel's reporting, provide support, keep the service secure, and bill subscribing hotels. We may contact people who request a demo about SERVE.

Sharing

Guest requests and messages are shared with the hotel you are staying at. We use service providers to host the service (for example Vercel and Supabase) and to process payments (Stripe). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Hotels control their data and may ask us to export or delete it. We use encrypted connections and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected hotels of any breach as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@servedigital.com. Guests can also ask the hotel directly.
